Day 1: UK - Dubrovnik
Your Croatian adventure begins when you arrive at your departure airport, ready to fly to Dubrovnik. After touching down, board your plush new home for this exciting voyage, the Princess Aloha: a lovely ship with a restaurant and bar, plus a sun deck and Jacuzzi for relaxing downtime. Feast on a welcome dinner in the evening, before retiring to your cabin for the night.
Day 2: Dubrovnik - Korčula
Your day will begin with a delicious breakfast on board. Then, you’ll set sail in the morning for Korčula, stopping for a refreshing swim en-route (weather permitting), paired with lunch and relaxation time. Korčula, the birthplace of Marco Polo, charms with its medieval architecture and cobblestone streets - yours to explore at your own pace in the evening, following a guided city tour in the afternoon.
Day 3: Korčula - Brač
It's onwards to Pučišiča, on the island of Brač today. After a delicious breakfast and lunch, you can opt to visit a stonemason school (fees apply), or just enjoy swimming in the lovely coves and bays that the island has to offer. In the evening, tuck into a Captain's dinner on board before bedding down for the night.
Day 4: Pučišća - Split
After breakfast, you'll make your way to Split, stopping for a swim should the weather permit. On arrival, you’ll embark on a fascinating guided tour of the city and its UNESCO-recognised historic centre, ticking off the stunning seafront promenade and Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace as you go. You’ll enjoy another hearty lunch and, then, the evening will be yours to take Split by storm.
Day 5: Split - Hvar
In the morning, you'll sail towards the island of Hvar - popular with the glitzy jet-set crowd. Following breakfast, first on your sightseeing list will be one of Europe’s oldest towns, Stari Grad. Here, you’ll find the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the Stari Grad Plain and the centre of the Old Town, as well as many nice and affordable konobas and restaurants nestled amidst idyllic backstreets. After exploring this enchanting town, you’ll head back to the boat for an energising lunch as you sail towards Hvar Town, with a much-needed swimming break penciled in too, of course.
Upon arrival in Hvar, you'll enjoy a sightseeing tour that includes sights like St Stephen’s Square, the first public theatre in Europe, and more. Later, the evening is yours to spend as you wish.
Day 6: Hvar - Mljet Island
The first thing on day six’s agenda will be breakfast. Then, you’ll set sail for the green isle of Mljet. Coined Croatia’s “Greenest Island”, Mljet boasts a stunning landscape teeming with unspoilt nature and picture-perfect moments galore. You’ll arrive in the centre of Mljet National Park, which brings together five different forests, two lakes and a plethora of birdlife; you can opt to visit the park, and join a boat ride to St Mary's Island (fees apply).
Day 7: Mljet Island - Dubrovnik
Return for one final day in Dubrovnik, accompanied by another scrumptious breakfast and lunch on the ship, as well as a fun-filled swimming break. Once you’ve arrived in the city, discover the magnificent Old Town and UNESCO-listed centre on a guided city tour, ticking places like Stradun - the most famous spot within the city’s walls - off your Dubrovnik to-do list.
Then, enjoy some time at leisure, exploring the City Walls, the Franciscan Monastery, and more. If you’ve still got your sightseeing hat on, you can opt to take a boat ride to Lokrum island, or ascend to the top of Mount Srđ via a scenic cable car (fees apply). Later, return to your floating abode for one last night on board.
Day 8: Dubrovnik - UK
After breakfast, disembark and head back to the airport for your flight home, with plenty of sun-kissed memories in tow.
