How to get there
The hotel is a 35-minute drive from Chania International Airport, and about two hours and 10 minutes from Heraklion airport in the east of the island.

Maleme
From fine-sand beaches and rugged mountains to ancient history and pretty seaside villages, Crete is one of the most bewitching of all the Greeks isles. Thanks to an idyllic location on the north coast, you can easily reach resort towns such as picturesque Chania and historic Rethymno, both replete with ruins, restaurants, shops and sights. Your hotel places you in the perfect place to explore for a truly authentic Cretan getaway: must-visits include Lake Kournas in Georgioupoli, the jaw-dropping Samaria Gorge, Almyrida Beach and the archaeological site of Aptera.
You’re easily placed for making the trip down to Elafonisi Beach, on the islands south west coast. It’s worth the drive to wind through the stunning scenery, eventually reaching the pink-tinged shores, clear warm waters and Caribbean-feeling beach – one of Greece’s finest. Other fabulous beaches within reach include wide and wild Falassarna, and the incredible Balos Bay – take the boat from Chania or nearby Kissamos Port, or park at the top to make the (only slightly) hair-raising climb down on foot – good shoes required.
