Pula
You’ll be staying in Pula, a charming city set on the stunning St. Katarina Peninsula. The pebbled beach outside your hotel is perhaps where you’ll spend most of your days. Elsewhere, just six kilometres away, lies the Brijuni Islands - one of Croatia’s top destinations and a must-visit - made into a national park in 1983.
The city itself promises a fascinating blend of ancient Roman history and urban vibes, with plenty of fabulous sights to add to your to-do list. Be sure to check out the Pula Arena - one of the world’s best-preserved Roman amphitheatres - and then head to the Roman Forum, once a bustling hub in Roman times.
