Cancellation Terms

For this offer, the following cancellation charges will apply:-

1. If travel (flight/train/ferry) is included

29 days or more before departure date: Cancellation fee will be 35% cost of the holiday (or loss of full deposit if greater)

28 days or fewer before departure date: Cancellation fee will be 100% cost of the holiday

2. If travel (flight/train/ferry) is NOT included

14 days or more before departure date: Cancellation fee will be 0%

8 days to 13 days before departure date: Cancellation fee will be 50% cost of the holiday

7 days or fewer before departure date: Cancellation fee will be 100% cost of the holiday

Only the lead name on the booking can ask us to cancel it or to remove any of the named customers. The cancellation charges shown above will apply from the date we receive your cancellation instruction. Cancellations that are sent outside working days are expected to be received by the organiser the following working day. Cancellation requests sent before office hours, but on a working day, are expected to be received by the organiser on that working day. Cancellation requests sent after office hours, but on a working day, are expected to be received by the organiser the following working day.
