Passport, visa and health requirements

The passport, visa and health requirements (including those related to COVID-19) at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel. Please be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.
Occupancy

Maximum two persons per double room. Maximum three persons per triple room.
Single supplement

The single supplement is based on travel dates and duration of travel. You will see the final price in the booking process.
Children's discount

On the basis of two full-paying adults, a discount for children is offered dependent on the chosen travel dates and length of stay. You will see the applicable discount in the final booking process.
Infant bed

Cots may be available upon request. Contact customer service to make an enquiry.

Travel documents

You will receive all documents relevant to your trip, 7 days prior to departure at the latest
Bakery Bus Tour & River Cruise

The tour is available on day 2 of your trip. You will receive your allotted tour time (between 12:00 - 17:00) and the tickets for Brigit's Afternoon Tea Bus Tour with your travel documents. High tea is accompanied with sandwiches, cakes and pastries. The tour departs five times daily from 12:00 - 17:00.

River Cruise from Westminster Pier to Tower Pier departs every 40 minutes daily.
