The passport, visa and health requirements (including those related to COVID-19) at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel. Please be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

The single supplement is based on travel dates and duration of travel. You will see the final price in the booking process.

Based on two full-paying adults per room, travellers will receive a discount on hotel stays for children 12 years and younger. This is dependent on the chosen travel period and whether the child sleeps in a separate bed. Please note: children up to 12 months old receive a discount on the plane ticket, but will not receive a seat or baggage allowance.

The third-person discount is based on the departure date and duration of the trip. You will see the final price in the booking process.

Unfortunately, cots are not available throughout this trip.

Pets are not permitted on this trip due to international plane travel.

In some circumstances, the hotel specified in the itinerary may not be available. In this case, you will be transferred to a comparable hotel in the vicinity. You will receive details of your definitive accommodation five days before departure.

All travellers should be up to date with primary courses and boosters. Vaccinations usually recommended for travel to Colombia include Diphtheria; Hepatitis A. Consult your doctor or the NHS travel advice website for more information.

During this trip, transport and excursions may be in groups of international travellers.

Your luggage allowance for the domestic flights is maximum 23 kg, measuring up to 158 cm. Your hand luggage allowance is maximum 10 kg, measuring up to 35x25x55cm.
