Optional Excursion

If you want to make your trip even more spectacular, you can book an optional excursion (for stays of seven nights only). The excursion takes place daily. You can book and pay for it during the booking process.

• Hot air balloon ride, camel ride and 4x4 jeep ride • - Soar over the Moroccan Atlas promontory on this unmissable experience. This is followed by a camel ride through the desert. You will then return to Marrakech by 4x4. The pickup time is 5am. The duration is four hours (approx. 40 minutes in the air). Includes transfers, freshly prepared Berber breakfast and souvenir certificate. Please note that the tour can take place in a group. The excursion is not recommended for people with poor health and children under three years old. In case of bad weather, the flight will be postponed (or refunded).

Passport, visa and health requirements

The third person receives a 25% discount on the hotel stay.

Children’s discount

On the basis of two full-paying adults, children aged between 4 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount on the hotel price.

Children under 3 stay for free at the hotel.

Please note: Children up to 12 months old get a discount on the plane ticket, but are not entitled to their own seat and hold baggage on the plane.

Moroccan culture

Please note that the handling of time and appointments is culture-specific and on-site in Morocco is slightly different than you may be used to. If not always on time, your driver will ensure that you are picked up and brought to your destination.

Authentic riads

These traditional Moroccan houses have several floors and a courtyard with a fountain and beautiful gardens. Most riads are run by families, so you stay in an intimate atmosphere, similar to that of a boutique hotel. If your riad is inaccessible to cars, hotel staff will pick you up by your transfer vehicle to accompany you on the short walk to your accommodation.
