Sunny Lanzarote
Where better to enjoy some time basking in the sunshine, dipping your toes in the sea and plunging into the pool than on the island of Lanzarote? Characterised by the variety of its beaches, a crystal-blue sea and the paradise-like temperatures that keep the island almost unfailingly hot the whole year round, Lanzarote is also packed with interesting places to discover and explore should you wish to tear yourself away from the beach, pool or bar. The island is particularly well-known for the craters and lava fields of the Timanfaya National Park, where volcanic eruptions in the eighteenth-century now lend the area an almost lunar appearance!

Included excursion
• Grand Tour Lanzarote •
During this grand tour you will visit various highlights of Lanzarote. You will start in Los Hervideros, where the impressive cliffs hide underground caves right by the sea. Then, visit the volcanic cliffs and the remarkable green lake of El Golfo. You will continue to Las Montañas del Fuego in the Timanfaya National Park - this area was hit by volcanic eruptions in the 18th century and offers a unique landscape with different shades of ochre and red. The lava caves at Jameos del Agua are also on the itinerary. Architect César Manrique had art built here within nature, enriching the caves with landscaped pools, gardens, a restaurant and even an auditorium. You can also go on a camel ride and enjoy a wine-tasting in the wine region of La Geria.
The excursion includes transportation, lunch and guide, and takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays. You will receive a confirmation of the excursion date together with your travel documents.
