This small coastal country has a wealth of natural beauty to discover. Durmitor National Park is the centerpiece of Montenegro and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the Tara river flows through the deepest canyon in Europe. The park boasts no fewer than 18 glacial lakes, as well as dense forests and snowy mountain tops. You’ll also want to pay a visit to the historic city of Kotor, where you can amble through the narrow streets up to the walls of the fort, to be rewarded by a magical view of Boka Bay. In Budva, meanwhile, it’s time to relax on all of its beautiful beaches – and this city has over 17 to choose from!

Sail along the Bay of Kotor and take in the magnificent views. High mountains rise along the water, and you’ll see picturesque towns around you. You will dock at the artificial island of Gospa od Skrpjela, better known as 'Our Lady of the Rocks'. This is located in the middle of the bay and was created by loading old ships with rocks and sinking them. Later on, a church was built on top, and you’ll be able to pay it a visit. Afterwards, the boat sails on to the luxurious marina, Porto Montenegro, in the town of Tivat. The boat trip comes to an end at the Blue Grotto. The sun's rays reflecting through the cave give the water an irridescent blue colour here. Take a refreshing dip in the water to enjoy the chance to see it up close!
