You'll start your sojourn with two nights in Zanzibar, where topaz seas, blue skies with cotton wool clouds and long stretches of powder-soft sands welcome you as warmly as the gentle rays from the sun. Discover nearby villages and wildlife reserves at a gentle pace, before flying to the heart of the Tanzanian wilderness for an action-packed stay at a traditional safari camp. All manner of animals lie in wait, from prowling leopards and majestic elephants to grazing giraffes and mischievous monkeys; spot them on full-day game drives, as well as cruising down the river on a boat safari and joining a close-to-nature bush walk.

| Domestic flights | Please note that the departure day of your domestic flight to Selous may change due to flight scheduling, however we will try our best to stick to the itinerary provided to you. You will still spend three or four nights in Selous, but it might not always be on Day 3 of the itinerary. In green season (April - June), you may fly into Dar Es Salaam (DAS) and then be transferred by road to Selous. Kindly be reminded that large luggage does not always fit on domestic flights. Check-in luggage is restricted to 15kg (preferably in a soft bag or backpack as opposed to a hard-shelled suitcase). Hand luggage allowance is 5kg. |
