Day 2 & 3: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The first stop on your tour is the one and only Dubai, a city that seamlessly blends past and present. There’s a plethora of sights, shops, skyscrapers, and souks to keep you occupied all day as you spend a night in port. Max out the credit cards at Dubai Mall, take in the fragrant sights and sounds of the Gold and Spice souqs, or visit the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. Day 4: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Head for the sun-kissed streets and marinas of Abu Dhabi today. Be sure not to miss a visit to the epic and imposing Sheikh Zayed Mosque, one of the world’s biggest and one of only two mosques in the UAE open to non-Muslims. Art lovers might want to spend the day at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Yas Island is home to Ferrari World, an unforgettable sight for F1 fans and non-fans alike, thanks to its thrilling roller coasters. Day 5: Sir Bani Yas Island, United Arab Emirates

It’s island paradise time today, with a visit to Sir Bani Yas Island. Spend the day sitting back on soft white sands, admiring the shimmering blue waters and tucking into a beach BBQ, or enjoy exploring the incredible flora and fauna. (Meals: Full board, plus a premium extra drinks package)

Day 6: At sea

Day 7: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Your next stop is Dammam, the birthplace of America's oil partnership with Saudi Arabia. Dammam has a distinctly Westernised edge to it, thanks to its sprawling suburbs and grid-like geography. However, the city retains its cultural identity through its coveted cuisine: pungent aromas and fragrant spices characterise the dishes here, so make sure to feast on manzalah, ma'asoob and bukhari before boarding back on at 6pm. Day 8: Doha, Qatar

It’s time to dock back in Doha, where you'll transfer to the airport your flight home.

Outbound: departing London Heathrow at 18.55, arriving into Doha, Qatar at 04.45 (following day)
Inbound: departing Doha, Qatar at 15.20, arriving into London Heathrow at 19.50

From Manchester to Doha, Qatar, with Qatar Airways:
Outbound: departing Manchester at 20.55, arriving into Doha, Qatar at 06.45 (following day)
Inbound: departing Doha, Qatar at 15.25, arriving into Manchester at 20.00
