It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

Flight times and carriers will be confirmed by Exoticca Travel UK Ltd after you have made your booking. Within 7 days of confirming your booking with us, you’ll receive an email from the supplier, Exoticca Travel UK Ltd, with your final booking confirmation detailing the exact flight times confirmed for your specific reservation. The flight time will be within the time parameters and possible airlines detailed in this offer.

Please note that a deposit of 20% of the travel price must be paid within 48 hours of your booking; the remaining balance is paid in installments according to your departure date. The travel booking only becomes binding when you receive travel confirmation.

Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Brazil. Visa: British nationals can enter Brazil for up to 90 days as a visitor without a visa.

Note: Arrival Flights to Rio de Janeiro: flights arrive to Galeao Antonio Carlos Jobim Interational Airport (GIG) or Santos Dumond Airport (SDU) and will be confimed on your booking reservation.

Documentation of the internal flights will be available in the "My bookings" section in your "Customer Area" 14 days before your departure date. It is essential to fill in the passport information correctly for each passenger in the given boxes at the end of the reservations process.

Please be aware that the maximum checked baggage limit on internal flights is 15kg.

In the case of adverse weather conditions, for safety reasons or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, the order and duration of the excursions included in the itinerary may be changed or canceled without prior notice.

While on the road, it is highly unlikely that the vehicle will be equipped with Wi-Fi or bathroom facilities, though rest stops will be made for long trips. We recommend purchasing a new SIM card at the airport or placing an e-SIM before travel to guarantee internet connection.

Accommodation at the hotels is as indicated. In the event of any changes to accommodation, the hotels will always be of the same or a higher category. The category of hotels is not standardised across all countries in the world. For this reason, the criteria may differ depending on the destination country's own standards.

In Praia do Forte, your stay includes a transfer to the hotel, access to pool area, gym facility and kids' playing area, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks menu includes: local spirits, beers and wine as well as soft drinks.
