Caribbean idylls in Tobago

Paradise in a tiny package, Tobago is the 26-mile-long Caribbean gem that inspired Daniel Defoe’s Robinson Crusoe with its untamed rainforest, pristine palm-fringed beaches, stunning coral reefs and dazzling countryside. Carefree beach days are very much in order here, or you can while away the hours seeking out the island's notorious hummingbirds and mockingbirds, taking guided jungle tours, and visiting Tobago’s capital of Scarborough to marvel at Fort King George - the sizeable historical site that’s home to the Tobago Museum. Tick off another island icon with a visit to Pigeon Point, the wide and award-winning peninsula jutting out towards Nylon Pool that's cherished by islanders for its pale sand, glittering blue waters, and famous thatched-roof jetty.

Further thrills include hitting the Windward Road to see a more rural side to the island, teeing off at either one of Tobago's two championship 18-hole golf courses, and diving the wreck of the Maverick Ferry - the former 350-feet long ferry that rests upright on the sea floor around 100-feet off Mount Irvine Point.

Return flights are included from your return airport to Trinidad & Tobago.

A 10kg (40 x 30 x 15 cm) hand luggage and 23kg hold luggage allowance per person is included, as well as shared airport transfers.

From London Gatwick to Trinidad & Tobago, with British Airways:
Outbound: departing at 11.15, arriving at 17.05
Inbound: departing at 18.50, arriving at 10.05 (following day)

From London Heathrow to Trinidad & Tobago, with Virgin Atlantic Airways or Caribbean Airlines:
Outbound: departing at 11.15, arriving at 18.30
Inbound: departing at 15.55, arriving at 12.05 (following day)

Please note that your inbound flight is overnight, so please bear this in mind when planning the time you'll be away. This is a seven, 10, 11 or 14-night holiday. The check-out date will be the day that you'll board your inbound flight back to the UK. Since your inbound is overnight, you'll be away for a total of eight, 11, 12 or 15 nights.

Passport, visa and health requirements
